DR. DEEPA PAI
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Pai is the Chief Medical Officer at Petal + Stem. She is a highly skilled and experienced physician with a passion for aesthetic medicine and certification in peptide therapy. Dr. Pai graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in 2004; with over 20 years of clinical experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Petal + Stem.
Dr. Pai is a certified master injector through the Allergan corporation, and has trained alongside top injectors through Galderma, Allergan and Revance. She is a graduate of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, and incorporates Swift Beauty facial rebalancing, facial ratio optimization and ultrasound guidance in her practice.
A native of Michigan, Dr. Pai moved to Minnesota in 2014. In addition to her professional pursuits, she enjoys spending time with her family, lifting weights, traveling and caring for others. With a passion for individual empowerment, she is an active advocate for survivors of domestic abuse and is proud to support a person’s unique individual journey to live their most fulfilling and uniquely beautiful life.

DR. MEYSAM KEBRAEI
Chief of Neurocognitive Sciences
Dr. Meysam Kebriaei, MD, MBA, Chief of Neurocognitive Sciences at Petal + Stem. He is a dual board-certified pediatric and adult neurosurgeon with over 10 years of experience. He has been recognized multiple times as a Top Doctor by his colleagues in Minnesota Monthly and Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine. Dr. Kebriaei earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. He completed his neurosurgery residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and further specialized with a pediatric neurosurgery fellowship at Emory University. Additionally, he holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
Dr. Kebriaei currently serves as the Medical Director of Neurosurgery at Children's Hospital Minnesota as well as the Medical Director of Neurosciences at North Memorial Health Hospital. His professional interests include studying the mind and body, with a focus on promoting improved and prolonged health spans for his patients through cutting-edge scientific knowledge, diet, and exercise. An avid runner, Dr. Kebriaei has completed multiple half and full marathons.
DR. SACHIN PATEL
Chief of Medical Innovation
Dr. Sachin Patel is chief of medical innovation for Petal + Stem bringing the newest science-based treatments and technology to the institute. He received his medical degree from the University of Michigan in 2004 and underwent additional training in neurosurgery and radiology at the University of Michigan from 2004-2016. He is board certified in radiology with additional sub-certifications in pediatric radiology and adult neuroradiology. He has multiple peer reviewed publications and has been an invited speaker at national and international medical conferences.
Dr. Patel is also a Healthcare Administration Scholar from the University of Michigan and division head for pediatric neuroradiology at Children’s Hospital of Minnesota. In addition, he is an active investor in residential real estate, biotech startups, and commercial franchises around the country. Dr. Patel is active in his community and works closely with the Summit Hill Association Working Group and Grand Avenue Business Association in Saint Paul.
STEPHANIE KLÜTZ
Physician Assistant
Stephanie has been a practicing physician assistant for several years and has spent the early part of her career in adult and pediatric neurosurgery. Stephanie knows the impact that unhealthy skin can have on an individual’s emotional and physical health and is passionate about helping her patients achieve their individual goals thereby making them healthier and more confident.
She is equally passionate about the field of longevity medicine and the opportunities to help her clients pursue a longer and substantially healthier life. Stephanie is so excited to start her clients on their personalized aesthetic and longevity journey.
MADI COOK, RN
Registered Nurse
Working in aesthetic medicine has been a dream come true for Madi. She has been a registered nurse for 5 years, initially working in Critical Care including the Cardiac ICU, Neonatal ICU and Emergency Medicine.
Although the aesthetic industry can be focused on outward appearance, Madi’s passion for aesthetics is driven by her desire to connect with others and uplift their spirit. In her practice, safety and the science of aesthetics is of the utmost importance. Integrity and honesty are imperative. Madi will not suggest a treatment or service that will be of disservice to a patient. She takes pride in having an artistic eye, attention to detail, gentle technique, passion for medicine and anatomy, and a never-ending pursuit of knowledge.
MCKENNA PALM
Advanced Esthetician & Laser Provider
McKenna is an advanced practice esthetician and laser provider. She has over 1200 hours of education in esthetics. She completed her medical esthetics and laser certification program at a prestigious program in Scottsdale, Arizona that kicked off her career. After moving back to the Twin Cities area, she attended Saint Paul College’s Advanced Esthetics program to further her education.
She has a huge passion for all things skin and beauty. She loves creating customized multi-modality protocols for her clients to address their specific skin care needs and concerns. She has a tremendous knowledge base of ingredients in skincare and will go the extra mile to find the best routine for her clients.

Fitness & Nutrition Coach
Angela Okon is a well-respected coach in the world of fitness and personal development. As a Certified Personal Trainer and founder of OKON (est. 2016), she has dedicated her career to empowering others to take control of their bodies, build strength, and unlock their full potential-physically, mentally and emotionally.
Through personalized coaching, tailored online programs, and hands-on training, Angela equips others with the tools they need to live with purpose, power, and unwavering confidence. Her mission extends far beyond fitness; she is committed to redefining what it means to feel strong, capable, and unstoppable in every aspect of life.
MELISSA SEACRIST
Practice Manager
With over a decade of experience leading the business side of aesthetic dermatology and surgical practices, our practice manager, Melissa, excels in guiding physician-led, patient-focused teams.
As an operations professional, she strives for a top-notch patient experience, cultivating a positive workplace environment, and finding ways to continuously improve. She believes that nurturing curiosity and a healthier, best version of oneself is truly empowering. She is thrilled to be part of this amazing team and to support Petal + Stem’s mission. Outside of work, she enjoys music, reading, sewing, biking, time with friends and family and walking her dog.
SHALONDA JACKSON
Director of Ultrasound Program
Shalonda Jackson is thrilled to be part of the Petal + Stem team. Shalonda holds an associate degree in Radiology Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Management.
She has worked in healthcare for 20 years and is passionate about mentoring and educating people about imaging. Shalonda will be the director of the ultrasound program at Petal + Stem and assisting out-of-state clients coordinating their ultrasound imaging needs at our correction clinic.

Tracy is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping people look and feel their best. With decades of experience in the beauty industry and marketing, Tracy brings a unique blend of creativity and customer service expertise to her role with Petal and Stem.
Tracy is dedicated to creating a personalized, positive experience for each patient, ensuring they feel valued and confident. She maintains high standards of service, is committed to delivering outstanding experiences, and builds lasting relationships.
CHRISTIN OLSEN
Client Concierge
Christin is a dedicated Client Concierge at Petal + Stem, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience as an advanced practice esthetician. Her warm demeanor and professional expertise make her an integral part of the Petal + Stem team. Outside of work Christin enjoys time with her grandchildren, her lovely dog, Gemma, and volunteers her time to find forever homes for stray cats.
